1. Performance characteristics and applicable scope
The MPUPC500-220S48 is a rechargeable modular power supply designed and manufactured by our company. This power supply features small size, high conversion efficiency, stable performance, primary and secondary side isolation, and high isolation strength. It adopts a modular metal casing, providing dust and moisture protection and strong anti-interference capabilities. The input and output terminals are easy to connect. This product has strong grid adaptability and can operate within a wide input voltage range. It also features output short-circuit protection.It features overvoltage protection and other safety functions. Additionally, this product has an intelligent charging function, capable of charging external 48V batteries, ensuring uninterrupted battery charging even during AC power outages.This power supply provides power to the load and features over-discharge protection; it displays the power status and includes a battery activation function, allowing for manual or automatic activation and maintenance via external signals. This power supply is suitable for power distribution network automation systems, intelligent power transformer substations, ring main units, and other industries requiring uninterrupted DC power supply with stringent requirements.

Wiring Instructions: K1, K2, and K3 are relay contacts controlled by the user's CPU, etc. (contact capacity is not required, but optocouplers cannot be used as substitutes). The load is the user's normal load, and the battery is a 48V battery pack. The terminal block capacity is 300V/15A. See the usage instructions below for specific usage details.

6. Instructions for Use
6.1 Power Status Indicator
Charging, green, battery charging indicator, illuminates when the battery is charging, and turns off when the battery is discharging or activating;
Discharge, red, battery discharge indicator, illuminates when the battery is discharging or activating, and turns off when the battery is charging or discharging is complete;
Activation indicator: Yellow. Light illuminates when the battery is activated; otherwise, it remains off.
