Take the new energy technology power supply solution as an example: Since the customer's sweeping robot is affected by the sensor and crashes around without following commands, many buyers have requested returns! The customer is also in a difficult situation and doesn't know how to solve this problem. So they found us, hoping that we could help them solve this problem. After understanding, we learned that the customer originally used a DC - DC non - isolated module for voltage conversion. We recommended using our DC - DC isolated power supply module to replace it. Why? Because while our isolated power supply module can effectively convert different voltages for different components, it can effectively block the path through which noise propagates via the ground wire (common - mode interference), providing a “quiet” grounding environment for sensitive analog and digital circuits. This can significantly reduce malfunctions, make lidar ranging more accurate, and prevent the robot from crashing around due to sensor interference.
